Pros
Good place to learn from senior, managers, colleagues. Company provide many opportunities to learn. No office politics among colleagues. Good benefit package, provide parking lot.
Cons
Low and slow increment of salary. Japanese style culture and policy change if change new boss. System not enough advance and left other company behind. Have few members are non functioning but still can survive in the office.
