      Weird company policies Not an enjoyable work environment They try to get everyone to go to big company meetings heavily implying that "if you participate and pay to go, it'll get you promoted to assistant manager" ...but no one ever got promoted. So they basically take advantage of their employees Overall culture and values toxic
