A truly different experience - Associate Panda Express Employee Review

I almost went into management. I decided against it after seeing the training program. In which you will be , for lack of a better term, brainwashed . Also , this training program can take months. You will be expected to run shifts, manage the safe etc. long before ever getting a raise . There is also a level of brown nosing I have never seen before. If a member of upper management visits your store, expect everyone to follow them around like a lost puppy the entire time at the expense of the customers service experience.
