A Fast Food Job - Sales Associate/Cashier Panda Express Employee Review

Pros

-They will take anybody. I walked in dressed in a buttoned up shirt, and I was given my interview by the manager on the spot, as soon as the line cleared up. -You meet some interesting people there. -You get a free meal everyday, and the food is quite filling. -If you can stomach it, there is a career ladder you can climb. The benefits for store manager and higher are quite a nice option if you don't have a degree.

Cons

-It's a fast food job. I worked at an understaffed Panda in a mall and it was quite busy, and it was hot, sweaty work. A couple of times I had to wait until 4pm to get my lunch break. -Some people are dead inside, resigned to working a dead end fast food job for the rest of their lives, and can really bring you down. - The pay is decent for fast food - $10 an hour, starting - but they make you earn every dollar of it. You will come home drenched in sweat every day. - Some customers won't be pleasant to deal with.
