There is so much unnecessary drama, and it all comes from one person. The manager knows that this person is a huge problem but keeps her around regardless. She's hateful to customers, employees, and the manager and somehow continues to keep her job. If you dislike drama and talking behind peoples backs then this is not the place for you. Even if you attempt to stay out of the petty arguments that other employees get into you'll still have to hear about it on the headset or even get privately 'interrogated' by the manager about it. No matter how hard you try or do your job you'll still get some nit picky gripe about what you did wrong. Down to the way you stand and how you wear your name tag. If you make the food according to portion and recipe its still wrong if its not made by the bosses favorite. Ever wonder why there is a new face every time you come in? Its because anyone who isn't willing to be treated like a dog leaves within a year, eventually everyone just tells the managers to get bent and walks out. They can't keep anyone, even customers know why.
