Pros
I loved this job! It is a great starting out career and you are paid a lot more than other fast food restaurants. It gets busy but everything becomes second nature once you get the hang of it. A lot of hours given for overtime and the store I worked at worked well with worker's schedules.
Cons
It is a fast-paced environment. You have to be on your toes alot especially during the rush hour. Alot of cleaning too. Some days if the Regional Manager was coming or going to be in town, we had to make sure the stores were spotless and the food was on point with the recipe book. Earliest I woke up was 5am and the latest I've ever stayed was 1am. This was due to getting our stores ready for the higher ups to come in.
