the pay and if you get a good store, people working there can be great
Cons
they've taken away bonuses so now we're making less than what we used to. our area has banned listening to music before and after hours of operations. they have also banned us from storing our food in the walking fridge but refuse to provide us with a small fridge for employees. they say they provide us with food but it's food that is extremely unhealthy. lastly, I have personally heard claims of the higher-ups using racist language against African Americans.
