- no bonuses(usually)/tips or raises (unless it’s done across all stores) - some higher-ups can be unfriendly as well as co-workers - may struggle highly on covering shifts depending where the store is and how busy it is - highly stressful by being put under pressure if low on staff or just by the high demanding standards - manager’s switch throughout different stores making it so that associates don’t get too comfy with their current manager (and different manager’s could mean different set standards and ways of doing things) - typical customer complaints if not done well (usually because of the big reputation of the company)
