Pros

Benefits, Pay, Paid Food, and Co-workers

Cons

Promises from upper management to help with short staffing were never fulfilled. I was working 60+ hours a week. I only had one day off during my final two weeks and I only got that day off because I had a doctor’s note. During the pandemic I was covering my store as well as another managers when they caught COVID and had accumulated 115 working hours in 11 days. My mental and physical health deteriorated rapidly due to the amount of hours I was putting in. There were several days where I would be working with one other associate in the store. Sure the benefits and pay were nice but it wasn’t worth the suffering. I saw many mangers leave within my three years at Panda. It is well known if you go to Minnesota you will quit within a few months. Terrible experience, would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

Work Life Balance is something you have to strive for but we have recognized need for growth in this area and we are striving to make a difference!
