      Pros

      Strong culture of excellence and personal growth. Very clean. Opportunities to advance and take on more hours and responsibility.

      Cons

      They ask for an insane amount of commitment, 24/7 availability. Salary pay means working a minimum of 55 hours per week and overwhelming amounts of work with no extra pay. After being there for a few years and getting a management position I quit after a year. 100% not worth it.

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.

      Cons

      Work Life Balance is something you have to strive for but we have recognized need for growth in this area and we are striving to make a difference!
