Pros
My experience working with Panda Express is average. It is a fast-food joint. The flexibility of this company allowed me work consistently through the entirety of my college career. In addition, the base pay is highest among fast-food chains.
Cons
Too much push from management to "better your life"/"create opportunities for yourself" by moving into management rather than, you know, moving out of the fast-food industry. Management can be a little "culty" sometimes. Ignore it, do your job, and keep on moving forward in your life--whatever that means for you.
