      Pretty good pay, the job itself is pretty easy

      Cons

      The smell permeates your clothes (any food place will do this), and leadership is cult-like (I was in hs, and they told me that I needed to prioritize hours over school)

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.

      Work Life Balance is something you have to strive for but we have recognized need for growth in this area and we are striving to make a difference!
