Pros
Panda Express is one of the best food service companies you can work at. They have great benefits for their employees such as health insurance, 401K, PTO, discounts at many companies and many more. They offer scholarship awards for those interested in pursuing a college degree as well.
Cons
One downside I remember is having to work weekends, especially as a manager. I think work-life balance is sometimes hard to achieve as a manager at panda, but as regular associates, its very much possible.
