The benefits, break schedule, and pay are all quite good, 10 minute paid break every 4 hours or greater part thereof, 30 minute unpaid lunch.
Cons
Management doesn't handle feedback well. Associates pressured not to talk about their wages with others, pushes people through signing associate handbook acknowledgement and exploits ignorance of policy.
