Cons
If I could give this company a zero, I would! This company stresses people to the point that they quit on the spot. I worked for this company for nearly 4 years, and while the first 2 years were great, the third and last year I worked there, I didn't have any work/life balance, despite upper management knowing I was a full-time college student. Oh, yeah, its true that Asians always get better opportunities even if some are horrible employees. They know how to play the game, and are the only ones who would put up with this BRAINWASHING organization. So I guess I understand why they get promoted a lot faster than non-Asians.
