      Awesome benefits. Med,401k,Dental,vision,educationfunds, Ects Free Meal

      Cons

      -Work life balance. 47+ hours per week. open and close my store. -Can be stressful when big Boss shows up and manager put their fake acting together. -ongoing elevation of high expectation on every little thing. Too much to bare when the manager already have to deal with guests,associates and the store.
