Panda doesn’t let you know right of the bat but you can’t be a panda Full employee withou taking only courses like landmark to be permanent very expensive courses that you have to pay to be part of panda and they are mandatory. Panda is a great company I loved working their but they are so full of it when they tell you be authentic and with panda it’s continuous learning and development that’s all lies. Panda is full of hypocrites and stereotypes they look at you different when your not Asian that’s why you don’t see many Mexicans or blacks and your looked down on when you have tattoos and facial hair. I loved working at panda but the look downs and comments I would get from my boss and other employees is so sad Talk about teaching lies to the world about being better people yet they treated me like a minority it’s so sad that they only take care of their own if your not Asian you don’t get treated with the respect. Sad thing about this company it has amazing potential but how they break you down and treat you is wrong I was told when I first started you belong in the kitchen rolling burritos because you Mexicans are good at that not in the office with us.
