Pros

Pay is by weekly and that's all.

Cons

Management doesn't enforce rules like they should. A lot of favoritism. Our store is so busy it's hard to keep decent people and they can't fire the lazy ones that been here for 5 or 10yrs +. Benefits could be better. Dental sucks, better off buying your own. I wish they had gym membership deals. Hard to have a balance life style when they schedule you to open and close back to back , or closing all the time, which can be as late as 11:30pm or later. 401k doesn't pay as much as other companies . The benefits aren't as good as they seem. 80% of the people I work with are very negative because they're burned out and cut corners when closing.

17.00 an hour, employee free meal, the employees I work with are very helpful, paid training and great environment!

Pros

Today was my onboarding day and was super exciting! The manager was very detailed, professional and nice. I met a few team members and they welcomed me to the team. Very friendly environment.
