Pros
Panera bread (corporate owned not franchise) pays more than other jobs with similar skill sets. They offer good hours and many oppurtunities to earn pay raises or advancements.
Cons
To get said advancements involves either dropping out of school to devote all your time to your work or be willing to work 12 hour shifts everyday. As long as you are willing the door to supervisor may likely open.
