Underpaid and overworked - Shift Supervisor Panera Bread Employee Review

Lowest pay. They'll try to pay you $8.00 for a shift supervisor and try to get you to do manager salary work. No gratitude for any of your work, schedule you back to back closing to opening and they never honor their after every 6 months "review" for a raise. I only got a 50 cent raise after 2 years. They gave another girl who had been working there for 4 years a 15 cent raise...just terrible.
