      Growing company. Has strong values. Gives back to the community by donating leftover product. Relaxing atmosphere for customers. Friendly regulars.

      Cons

      Long work weeks. Hard to make a balance of personal/professional life. Poor compensation for 60+ hr work weeks. Poor communication. Lack of consistency.

      There were some great coworkers and some nice moments, but those can be found in any other food service job.

      Cons

      Dirty with bugs that weren't given the time of day by HR. The general managers were intense in a way of always being in a pissy mood.
