      Pros

      The discount is awesome. The learning experience is nice. You get to make a bond with your coworkers. You get to learn how to be a barista.

      Cons

      If you have to close and you are the dishwasher. It's very hard and rough. Some people don't help even though it's suppose to be a team. It was very hard for me to stay because it literally wore my body out. Managers do pick favorites.

      Pros

      There were some great coworkers and some nice moments, but those can be found in any other food service job.

      Cons

      Dirty with bugs that weren't given the time of day by HR. The general managers were intense in a way of always being in a pissy mood.
