Pros

Flexible scheduling. At management level you receive a benefits package that includes 401K, health insurance, vacation pay, paid sick leave, and production bonuses.

Cons

Lack of management recruiting within your area may result in 70 to 80 hour work weeks. Ability to successfully meet production goals and receive production bonuses depends more on the trade area you're designated, not your ability to manage. High-stress. Insufficient compensation for shift managers and drivers makes recruiting "the best candidate" a nightmare. Production goals regularly change on a monthly to quarterly basis.
