      Pros

      Easy to get hired here, Because they are always hiring. Lots of friendly people to work with. You get to be out of the store a lot.

      Cons

      Well I have worked for This Company for over 9 years on and off as a closing Driver. I used to make 8.00 hr + average of 80.00 per nite in tips. That was 5 years ago. Now I get paid 4.19 hr while I'm on a delivery, and average about 30.00 nite in tips. Plus the 90cents per delivery they pay us for gas just doesn't cover it. I pay on average of 3 bucks a nite for gas out of my own pocket!! It also doesn't help that Papa Johns competes with there drivers for tips by charging 2.50 delivery fee, which some people THINK the driver receives. I used to average 20 delivers a nite, But now I'm lucky to get 10.

      1. Very Low Pay 2. Corporate Values and Mission are not modeled by store management and leads. 3. Teamwork is rare; staff work for themselves. 4. Dirty cleaning is resisted by staff. 5. Consumer Affairs rates PJ as a 2 out of 5 stars.
