Pros
Your car is your office, freedom to listen to podcasts or music as you like. None of the work is particularly physically intensive. Minimal dealing with customers. Free pizza every once in a while. If you need a paycheck and you own a car, you can do this in the meantime to get by.
Cons
Your job is actually general labor. You will be expected to clean floors and dishes, and help prepare certain ingredients. Not to difficult, but its not usually in the job description and caught me off guard. Overtime is expected, especially if closing the store. Might depend on how well staffed your location is, but having to get a managers approval to clock often felt like a fight. Some deliveries are sketchy, and there isn't much support if you feel unsafe. No real advancement opportunities, becoming a manager means more work for the same pay.
