If you are lucky enough to end up with a good project manager or project engineer then you will learn a lot. PD has done a good job about getting great projects that are unique and interesting. Again you have to be lucky enough to be on the teams that get the interesting projects.
Cons
Vice-presidents talk and treat you like your 13. Don't expect to go out in the field or have any communication with contractors. You will not have any hands on experience. No flexible schedules, no head buds, slow computers.

-Not Balanced, too many employees, too less projects, no work sometimes, somtimes too much pressure.

-Combined with another company costello, has some politics going on, costello workers were friendly
