Pros
There are talented senior level engineers, but they have no time to work with designers.
Cons
The Human Resource department treats employees like dirt. I understand deadlines and efficiency, but when the HR department shows no respect, has no concern for employees, and the senior engineers won't help you design or share information regarding the project, it's hard to be a well-rounded, solid employee.
