The company is so unbelievably disorganized. Management is all over the place, there is no equity to how they pay employees, and no one knows how you actually get promoted. Supervisors don’t really know what they’re doing and myself and my peers didn’t feel supported. I felt like people who did nothing were rewarded and those of us who worked hard were paid the same. Even though the company is growing, there is no real clear organization or communication on how that affects their staff. Don’t come to work here, choose another civil engineering firm
