Pros

There's too many to list! I have been with the company for bang on a month, and I have never enjoyed my work more. PaperCut has a million opportunities and everyone's encouraged to participate in what interests them. Not only do they foster innovation, they also empower employees by giving everyone the chance to voice their opinions in meetings or open forums, and ask questions or present ideas during internal global meetings. I have never worked for a more positive, innovative, transparent and encouraging company.

We're so thrilled that you have had such a positive experience in your first month at PaperCut. It wasn't too long ago that we were only 10 people above a shop in Mount Waverley and we could do a coffee run twice a day for everyone. It has been really important to keep the feeling of inclusivity and transparency as we grow and our teams become global. Keep speaking up! Bonus scheme You get paid if you work.

Cons

The leadership at this company is the worst I’ve seen in my entire career. The CEO clearly plays favorites these people get all the attention and praise. This year, one of the rudest and most inappropriate employees was actually rewarded for being “direct” during an all hands meeting. There are problems everywhere, and constant layoffs just to hit targets. The People team is honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with and take forever to resolve anything.
