Pros
Amazing culture right from on boarding experience to helping settle in the role to empowering and encouraging to try new things at work - never loved going to work so much !Not at all exaggerating when I say I love Mondays and going to work is so much fun and work in itself is so fulfilling and satisfying.
When there is trust and respect and freedom to try new things - innovation automatically happens and thats what we do here !
We are all into technology and most of PaperCutters are real cool geeks but we all value each other just as a family.
Super duper humble CEO, very approachable, ever smiling HR team, very patient finance team and super cool teammates who are just as serious about the table tennis , in-house yoga , brekkie and coffee catchups, just as they are about a deliverable and deadline and customer satisfaction.
We work hard and party harder. Our tech-fests are so inspiring and motivating ! And yea did I mention our "just saying thanks" ritual where our help and good deeds are recognised ! We also have our own coffee machines and we are all trained baristas here.
Our newest friend Google made us more popular but so do our very own techies who do dev talks !!
PaperCut is the best team I have ever worked for !
Cons
There is scope of improvement as we grow, just like any organisation. Not a CON as such so not listing here :)
