Pros

Transparent management; great working culture; flexible with working hours; People & Culture team (ie HR) do a great job of looking after its employees. CEO is very approachable and he makes an effort to get to know everyone.

Cons

The company has experienced considerable growth in the last few years and I'm noticing more & more intra-office politics as more people come aboard and as we try to navigate through this period of change and growth. Office politics are everywhere though and HR generally do a good job of stamping out negative behaviour.

Cons

The leadership at this company is the worst I’ve seen in my entire career. The CEO clearly plays favorites these people get all the attention and praise. This year, one of the rudest and most inappropriate employees was actually rewarded for being “direct” during an all hands meeting. There are problems everywhere, and constant layoffs just to hit targets. The People team is honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with and take forever to resolve anything.
