Pros

Great pay, Fantastic benefits, solid work/life balance, authenticity at each level, a fun culture, a great product, a compelling vision,

Cons

PaperCut has all the right ingredients... We are just still figuring out the best way to balance worker autonomy/ creativity with clarity in decision-making. It's never easy to find the sweet spot, but I think we are getting close. 5 years in, I have had a few reality checks, and more than a few disappointments, but who hasn't? Overall PaperCut is still the company I see myself at 5 years from now.

Thank you very much for your feedback, I hope you know that we do take the advice to heart. The leadership team and I consistently work on staying true to our purpose and values, while continuously improving our PaperCutter, channel and product experience. As you’ve mentioned, we’re all learning together. I hope you’ve managed to find the balance you need to circumnavigate this new world post the last two years through our flexible working philosophy as well as having some further clarity on your role, your contribution with us, and where you fit in with the team. We’re glad to have you on board with us and I look forward to the next 5 years together! - Chris

Pros

Bonus scheme You get paid if you work.

Cons

The leadership at this company is the worst I’ve seen in my entire career. The CEO clearly plays favorites these people get all the attention and praise. This year, one of the rudest and most inappropriate employees was actually rewarded for being “direct” during an all hands meeting. There are problems everywhere, and constant layoffs just to hit targets. The People team is honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with and take forever to resolve anything.
