Pros
1) A well-known brand 2) A lot of skilled professionals (but it depends on the department) 3) An OK work/life balance (but it's totally up to you!) 4) If you're a novice, Parallels is a good opportunity to see how serious IT companies do their business with a decent amount of bureaucracy and learn a lot about processes
Cons
1) A lot of managers can't stand if you dispute their decisions, even if they are obviously wrong 2) Salary depends a lot on your relationships with your manager - you might get extra bonuses or you might permanently stay underpaid 3) Coworkers mostly are nice people, but if you are an introvert it will be hard for you to do your jobs as a lot of tasks require social communication 4) Company is very caution about decisions and stick to outdated technologies and processes - you won't learn a lot of new technologies here 5) Considering a large amount of offices, it's almost impossible to get a relocation 6) Company is not multicultural, as all offices are isolated from each other
