Pros
Great product set leading in their specific industry. Ideas are encouraged by management and implemented when possible. Everyone is always working towards a common goal and there's great inter-departmental synergy. Great co-workers that help each other out all the time.
Cons
As a relatively small company, career advancement is very limited. We seem to be very top heavy from a management stand point.
