Pros
Company is a clear leader both in hosting automation and desktop virtualization markets. Very strong management team with excellent expertise and clear vision. Engineering team is not just very talented but is also very fun to work with. Compensation in the company is usually above the market and benefits package is quite adequate.
Cons
There are a lot of work in the company so someone may find it hard for them :)
