I've been working in company for more than 8 years. Great company to start building your carrier. In our country there are not much opportunities have both a good job and salary. Parallels gives you such opportunity. If you lack of knowledge in tech skills or language - Parallels will provide you with all needed resources to develop yourself and become an excellent expert. In Parallels right from the first interview with HR you can see your carrier path crystal clear. Your position in Parallels depends on your enthusiasm. Would I recommend Parallels to anyone - definitely!
Cons
Parallels provides you with a great compensation package - medical insurance, gym, swimming pool. Quite flexible shifts which allow you to continue studying in university or anything requiring time during business days on the week. So far, the only struggling point is - night shifts. However, during employment you are always asked if you can work in night shifts. So its your choice =) Oh, and corporate events at summer and winter...I do not know many companies in my city who perform such great fiestas for employees.
