I am happy that I work for a company Parallels, there are several reasons: PEOPLE! all the staff with whom I have met very helpful, friendly, empathetic and willing to help you with any question! This incredible professionals who invents almost spaceships ;) at the same time do not lose their sense of humor, respect each other, willing to listen to opinions and ideas of each other. I was very lucky with the leader, who produced several meetings in my first day, I was able to meet with the team, the company, also she wrote me the tasks that I need to do the first time, has provided me with all the tools I needed for the job. And all this in a pleasant and positive working environment.
