Managers out of their depth that have no clue how to manage people or processes.
Low salary and don't expect it to get better at the staff level. The Sr. Mgrs. and C level are doing quite well and will tell you they are. In the same breath they will tell you how happy you should be to have a job. The Russian/Norwegian/Swedish cultures do not mesh with the American culture as well as they think they do. Work life balance does not exist don't even think that will change due to the afore mentioned cultural; differences.
