Pros
Great people you're working with; super welcoming and friendly environment and working atmosphere - at least, in most of the offices I've been to; opportunities to grow and develop - both within your team and within the company throughout the world.
Cons
There are some things that need to be re-organized and optimized, so they start running more smoothly and efficient - mostly in G&A sphere, as well as in some others. Though most of these items are being already taken care of, so we should be just an ideal place to work and to be in really soon! :)
