30 minute lunch break, 2- 15 minute breaks, free coffee, bathroom, and a desk.
Cons
Have to use Personal time off (PTO) for every holiday, either paid or unpaid. For a company of its size, it has the worst medical and dental plans. Leadership is very top heavy. Company has more Directors, VP, SVP, RVP than Managers. Lacking diversity in management and above positions. There is one African American in positions higher than manager and there's only 15 African Americans in manager positions in an organization of more than 466,000 employees HCA and Parallon total.
