Pros
Most positions are Monday through Friday. Consistent work with decent benefits for health, etc. Some very noteworthy and marketable people work here, albeit they choose to be out of the spotlight for good reason.
Cons
No matter your experience, you will be slatted for the lower side of the pay scale by default. Management on all levels have collective relationships outside of this place, which means you can never tell anything in confidence to one without all of them knowing and they will judge you on that. Management is a revolving door as each one gets burnt out and overworked before realizing they were meant for something else. Several team leads are not leadership potential and yet are asked to do more work than most managers.
