Pros
Flexible schedule was a good thing but when they had constant IT problems they took advantage of it. Tough luck if thought you would be finished with work by a certain time because you would be expected to get back on as long as there was work to do.
Cons
Everything. Constant harping about every little thing. People make mistakes and if your employees are all making the same error that you have to keep whining at them at every meeting then it's your process that is screwed up, not the employees. A record is made of every little error called an occurrence. Talk about stress that you don't need along with all the other problems with IT, yet you had to keep up your production and there were problems with that system as well. All negative all the time, possibly because it's corporate for profit healthcare-very greedy people at the top who don't get their hands dirty.
