POOR Management. Very unorganized. Favoritism SO BAD. Bullying by supervisors and encouraged or supervisor will retaliate on them as well. Supervisors, Management and even HR buddy system. Even talk about outside of work getogethers. Then it makes it hard for HR to be up front w their friend if need be. HR has employee fetching Starbucks for information/brownie points, favors, etc. Supervisors sucking up to their boss so when issues arise they will be their friend rather than the boss. PTO - earned vacation used as Holiday Pay. Black out days off taken by the person who made the rule limiting employees from taking time off when needed. Higher mgmt well hidden. Never see them. They should have came on the floor yesterday and seen/heard the party going on by a supervisor while those around are trying to work. For a large company it is so unorganized. Occupancies for calling out no matter how few times or the reason. BIG Ternover in staff.
