      Pros

      Good place to gain experience, flexible hours for non-salary staff, decent amount of long-term employees who are very knowledgeable, clear/obtainable goals set by management, excellent opportunities to telecommute, ethics and compliance are stressed by management

      Cons

      Horrible time off/PTO structure (sick time, holidays, and vacation all rolled into one meaning that you might have to work some weekends if you need to save time for vacation. However, I understand this can be difficult for Parallon since HCA hospitals can't give all employees off for holidays, but other companies i.e. retail make this work), pay is on the lower end, at times it can feel like you are being micromanaged, work can be monotonous

      Pros

      * Work from Home * Management seems to really care * Career mobility within the company * Company is technology agnostic -- if you have interest in a technology, there is a team using it.

      Cons

      * Large, large company -- sometimes it's a struggle to figure out which team is responsible for a widget. * OMG - beuacratic at times * 401K/PTO/Holidays are slightly below average * Not a bad company -- not a great company
