Cons
Employees are treated like children, micro managed , management runs off good employees due to this. There is always turmoil in every department because managers and directors have poor people skills and some just don't truly care about the concerns of those employed. Especially if employees concerns involve managers and directors making self evaluations and making changes to ensure their team feels valued. It's ALL about the numbers instead of realizing that they can have numbers without huge turnover and always retraining because of it. The HR department is the worst in my experience! Director is cold, rude and uninvolved in what's happening beyond her office. The culture is to hire, rehire and not look at why so many leave or are trying to leave!
