Read every review from every location. You will find the common denominators , e.g. Poor Management, no communication, bullying, no life/work balance, unrealistic productivity, high turnover. I'm telling you this company is full of tricks. Managers and Leads are horrible. You might wonder how then are they voted a "Best place to work"?. Don't be fooled. ..those results are coming from Patient Surveys NOT the actual workers,. Plus, the so called "good reviews" are Not from the business office, they are coming from "contracted" people who don't deal with all the mess that Regular employees deal with. You probably wonder why "bad reviews" are coming from people who have been with the company "more than a year" and above? Well trust me, these are those just who are looking for other jobs,...Or they got "suckered" just like you are about to be....and they just want to hold on long enough to make the tenure on the Resume be satisfactory to the Next employer. Please don't fall for Parallon!!! And I mean ANY LOCATION !! If you are smart, you will notice that ALL of the "HR Feedback" posted on these threads, they all just show a "thank you" to the hands full of people (probably fakes) who give a positive review, however...all the other reviews (the majority bad) get NO FEEDBACK from the HR. Well, with that being said...this is exactly how HR (In all the location ) is going to treat you. If you keep your mouth shut, accept the abuse, and praise them thru your tears. ..you will get a smile and a pat on the head.But if you are truthful you get ignored and put on the Hit List
