Pros

Nothing that you can’t find somewhere else and better

Cons

How you act shows your character, such as in severe weather conditions. Hurricane Harvey is no excuse to be off. Many schools were closed Thursday before landfall and government officials urged people to stay off the streets. We worked through Friday. Yes, all of Friday. As we left the office, we faced strong winds and heavy rain. A lot of streets were already flooded. It shows a lot of concern for company cash but nothing for the life or well being of employees. Winter storm in January is no excuse to be off either. Many schools had announced closure by Mon afternoon, yet we worked on Tue. Government officials urged people to stay home, but if you want to be safe at home, use PTO. As we left the office at sunset, we scrubbed ice off our cars and drove slowly through the snowstorm on top of icy roads. We woke up on Wed to more icy roads due to the snow, so a lot of streets have been closed. Again, if you want to be safe at home, use PTO. If you are hurt in an accident coming to work, it is also on you. Employees pay the full cost of safety. These are telltale examples of how anyone will be treated and people’s worth.

Pros

Work from home is a plus. Hours are daytime with weekends off.

Cons

Terrible Manager. Makes you feel unwelcome and co workers are afraid to ask questions or stand up for themselves. Micromanaging is a huge priority to management. The pay is low and no chance of raises or bonus of any sort. You better be a fast learner as it's a one and done. If you don't understand they make you feel bad about asking questions or needing more help. New sites being added but no new hires. We just are told work harder/ faster and the expectations are You WILL get it done. High stress and constant SOP changes. An updated manual would be great. Written instructions for your position. Step by step. Not much room for advancement, only parallel positions.
