Steady paycheck but don't expect to be paid well

-Low pay. -No training. Thrown to the wolves. -No room for advancement. -No career development. -A ton of menial tasks. -Outdated technology. -Too much work dumped on everyone. -Always rushing. Very fast pace. -Impossible productivity goals. -A lot of "training" videos that you are required to sit through, but do it after you clock out so it does not affect productivity. -Required company "social" events but paid out of your own pocket and time. -Plenty of double talk. -Monthly 1:1 meetings with manager that leads to nowhere, just talk, but still pushed to meet productivity goals. -Management's favorites can shirk their work. -Total mismanagement or lack of management. Very chaotic. “I’m telling you now, but this new project must be completed yesterday”. -Blame game everywhere, every second. -Everyone for themselves and passing the buck as fast as possible.
