Pros
There is a lot of turnover, so that means there is a huge need for hiring people.
Cons
There is only lip service paid to employee development, work life balance, benefits and pay, promotion, training. The culture is very punitive, negative personal attacks, and blame-focused. Not focused on learning or improving. There is staff turnover of entire departments on a regular basis. It is very low pay, extremely stressful, dead-end career.
