If you value who you are as a person....then my opinion is to stay away from this company - Claims Representative Parallon Employee Review

Pay is very low and the yearly merit/pay increase doesn't keep up with inflation, not even a little. 401K no long matches with every paycheck. There are a number of requirements before you get the match; like you have to work for the company for a full calendar year and work a certain number of hours before you get the match. They offer free onsite coffee, but managers have told people that they are only allowed to leave their desk during their short break to get a cup. My opinion is this company treats their employees like children. They also expect a lot from their employees, but don't adequately compensate them for the work.
